We at Vedika Enterprise strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Panties & Trunks: For hygiene reasons, intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Cleaning Brushes, Choppers, Water Bottles: Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return Timeframe
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Items
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
- Process for Returns
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate wear (Panties, Trunks) unless defective
- Opened consumables, if any
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
